Several counties in Utah have recently announced new $5,000 housing grants for first-time home buyers. The money can be used for closing costs or down payments.
Income limits apply and some grants do not include all cities in a particular county.
These grants usually go quickly. We encourage you to act promptly.
Utah Housing Grant Services provides free face-to-face or over the phone help in determining whether individuals or families qualify for housing grants. We also assist those who qualify with filling out the applications and paper work.
